A Note from the Publisher:
Wow. This is our ninth issue. Less than a year ago, Joshua Tree Voice was a wisp of a concept on how the area deserved to have “a voice” that could be heard outside of our own boundaries celebrating our creatives, our culture, and ecology. In that short time, our readership has grown to over 65,000. While not an easy undertaking by any means, your support tells us we’re on the right path. We never fully know how this publication is going to come together. By divine choreography, it does, and there is no greater honor than to join in the dance here in the mighty Morongo Basin.
We’ll return with a September/October issue as we move into a second year of monthly publications. In the meantime, you can keep up with us by registering for our newsletter on our website and following us on our social media platforms. Meanwhile, we’re thrilled to use the next couple of months to set up our new office digs at Taylor Junction in Joshua Tree, as we seek ways to better support the community and our advertising partners.
Lastly, please save the date for “The Joshuas,” October 16, 2022, at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center. It’s going to be a hug fest.
